RN Dining Beta Application for the BlackBerry® Smartphone

Rewards Network℠ now has a new Beta application on the BlackBerry® smartphone that provides on-the-go access to locate almost 10,000 participating restaurants across the U.S. where Cashback Rewards℠ can be earned.

Our new application is being launched as a Beta because of the many different BlackBerry devices that are out there. The RN Dining application has been thoroughly tested and it works great. It is a Beta, though, so all the usual warnings and disclaimers apply. As with all Beta applications, you may want to make a backup of your files before you download. We don’t want to cause any unnecessary concern. We just want our members, restaurant owners, and others searching for great dining values to be aware that an issue may pop up.

OTA (Over The Air) Installation Instructions:

  1. Open the web browser on your BlackBerry smartphone
  2. Go to http://labs.rewardsnetwork.com/blackberry/
  3. Then choose your BlackBerry® smartphone model
  4. Click on “Download” and the application will be installed on your BlackBerry smartphone

Operating System Compatability

Our application on the BlackBerry smartphone is compatible with any BlackBerry smartphones running OS 4.2.1 or greater. To check which BlackBerry smartphone OS version you are running, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the “Options” application.
  2. Go to “About.”
  3. Check your BlackBerry smartphone OS version number.
